Getting legendary A’s announcer and “Voice of God” Roy Steele to come out of retirement to lend his voice to this project was a highlight of my career

This piece was built to air just moments before the broadcast went live for Game 1 of the 2013 American League Division Series. The goal was to galvanize the crowd’s passion, the blue collar values of the team and the city, and the rich history of the franchise to create a one-of-a-kind energy for that postseason push.
